I’ve spent most of my working life in the arts - telling stories, championing creative people, and helping good work find its audience.
I’m a photographer and publicist based in the Northern Rivers, but my path here has been anything but linear. I began my career in the film industry, working across film production, distribution, exhibition and festivals. Along the way I learned how creative work lives or dies not just on talent, but on how it’s presented, supported and shared.
That understanding has stayed with me.
Over the years I’ve worked closely with artists and arts organisations at every stage of their development. All of it has sharpened my instinct for people, timing, and storytelling, and reinforced my belief that the best promotion never feels like promotion at all.
Today, through Niche Pictures, I bring that background into everything I do. My photography is grounded in connection and trust. My publicity work is strategic but human. I understand deadlines, pressure, creative vulnerability, and the reality of working in small teams with limited resources. Clients often tell me they value that I get the bigger picture. I don’t just deliver images or copy - I think about how the work will land, where it might travel, and how it can best serve the people behind it.
If you’re looking for someone who combines experience with care, and professionalism with warmth, you’re in the right place.
